Where do we deliver?
We deliver everywhere in France (excluding overseas countries and territories), Belgium and Switzerland.
When will I receive my product?
We offer free tracked home delivery with a delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.
How to track my order ?
The order number as well as all the delivery steps will be sent to you by email.
You will have at your disposal the "order tracking" tab to see the progress of your purchase directly on the site.
If you cannot find the order confirmation email, do not hesitate to look in spam.

If your situation requires it, send us as an attachment anything that could be useful for us to process your request (example: an image of a defective product).
