Choose the right hair products

First of all, it is important to choose the right hair products suitable for your hair type. Dry hair needs hydration, while oily hair needs products that regulate sebum production. Also, avoid products containing sulfates and silicones, which can dry out hair and make it brittle. Instead, favor natural and organic products, which are gentler on the hair.

Wash your hair regularly
